CSD Injection PET & Blow Mold Project

Complete TEST LAB SYSTEM for making Single Cavity PET Preforms
with A SEMI AUTO Blowing Machine SET Up &Two Different Molds.
Complete equipment set up was done by us in our facility.
It was prepared to enable the blowing of different bottles easily and quickly with only minor adjustment.
The SEMI AUTO TEST double cavity blow machine is able to blow either cavity or
both Cavities with simply flipping a switch. 

FULLY AUTOMATED EB55 WITH
FULL ROBOT AUTOMATION AND SCRAP RECYCLING

NOW IN PRODUCTION
Fully automated EB55 with 2 x 115 head and full servo drive bottle robots,
servo drive bottle conveyor, variable speed scrap conveyors for tails and spin domes
directly to grinder for closed loop material blending and loading.
Wide mouth automated spin trimmer in line as supplied as well for a complete production system.
